The location was quite convenient for using public transport.
The absence of on-site parking proved problematic since I had to search for alternatives. the minibar pricing felt excessive with charges for basic items. The room service menu also seemed limited.

the hotel provided a handy open snack area. i was able to select items and settle the bill at reception. the s11 train offered convenient transport to the airport. the d-wehrhahn train stop was also a short walk away.
i found the ventilation system quite noisy. this was a consistent background sound even when the air conditioning was off. the noise was noticeable during the night

the staff were uniformly friendly. i found a fridge, hairdryer, and safe right in my room which was handy. the location is useful for accessing the main station area. it is close to the s-bahn station too.
the ventilation system was quite noisy even when the air conditioning was turned off, which i found a bit distracting.
